Automation of the conference hall in the business centre on Magnitogorskaya

Task
To make the study for the conference hall functional and convenient for different tasks such as presentations, meetings with offices in other towns, briefings for office workers. We were also asked to automate the climate control to fit the conference hall and to work out easy-to-use intuitive control over the multimedia and climate complex.
Features
The study for the conference hall had to be multifunctional and to consist of different zones – for having a rest, for talking, for conference calls, for presentations and meetings both local and intercity.
Solution
We installed a multimedia projector and motorized projection screen in the conference hall. As for the conference calls, we installed Senhieser system. The control of the conference hall and its climate characteristics was displayed on the mesomorphic panel. We designed and built ceiling framework for building in the sound system, lighting for the meeting table, fan coil and the projector. There are a lot of functions in the scenarios of control over lighting and the curtains, which can be used for different events at the conference hall – meetings, presentations, teleconferences.
Review
It’s nice to work with professionals. The work has been done on a high level and seriously. We have the service agreement with Atmosferoom which we haven’t referred to yet. Everything is working smoothly.
