Personal cinema room in the country house, Alpino

Task
To build a personal cinema room in the basement of the country house. There must be a big projection screen and sound system that supports Dolby Atmos. The owners’ special wish was to have big bright posters from their favourite films in order to create a certain atmosphere in the cinema room.
Features
A long and narrow room with a low ceiling had to become a comfortable cinema room for six persons. It was impossible to place the cinema armchairs in a row because of the room shape. Moreover, the room geometry made it rather difficult to locate the sound system.
Solution
We calculated and built the steps for the armchair rows so that all members of the family could enjoy the cinema. We printed the posters of the client’s favourite films on a sound-transparent fabric and concealed the sound equipment behind these posters. As a result, we solved two tasks at once. On the one hand, we created a cinema atmosphere. On the other hand, we placed the cinema armchairs at a distance which was comfortable for the audience.
