Our work
Home cinema on Martynova embankment
- Client: private individual
- Location: Saint-Petersburg, Russia
- Space: 21 m2
Task
The clients had always dreamt of their own cinema. However, in their new apartment they could not find a separate room for home cinema. We suggested that they should create an atmosphere of the real cinema in the living room and enjoy films without leaving home.
Features
It turned out that the only convenient place to install the screen was the wall with stained glass windows. The problem was that they affected the brightness and fidelity of the screen picture.
Solution
The problem with the stained glass windows was solved by wiring up the Roman blinds to the general cinema control system. As for the cinema equipment, it was concealed through built-in sound system and a unique rotational lift for the projector.
Review
You should see the guests’ surprise when the living room turns into a fully-featured cinema room with one touch! Just great! Well done!
