Task
To build a personal cinema room in a private house with the excellent Dolby Atmos sound and video performance. The client wanted his basement personal cinema room to amaze his friends not only by the sound and video quality but also by the room interior.
Features
Due to its location in the basement, the cinema room needed special soundproofing so that the sound noise emitted from it did not disturb the rest of the household. Moreover, in order to equip the cinema room with the Dolby Atmos sound system, it was necessary to estimate positions for all of its elements.
Solution
To make guests feel comfortable, we built autonomous ventilation, built the sound equipment in studwork that changes the room geometry and mounted hidden doors. We upholstered the walls and the ceiling of the cinema room with acoustextile in order to conceal engineering and sound equipment. Due to textile nature ornament, seamless lagging and special lighting the room feels like some natural space.
